Heart OSC is a Creative Commons licensed project documentating the Ontario Science Centre. A Heart OSC feature is in production, with a crowdfunding to be announced for some production and post production. In the course of research, material that cannot fit in the feature but still relevant to the project will appear in the 'Pulse' section as mini-docs as it were, also licensed under Creative Commons. The site, videos, and feature are works-in-progress, subject to refinement. While the OSC is an ‘at risk’ building, it is our hope that ongoing documentation will present a case for preservation. In discovering why Ontario was gifted an OSC in the first place, the reason for the gift may still apply today. In other words, do we still need the original Science Centre today?
